We post our goods within 1-7 days if they are ready to ship, and made-to-order items may take up to 3-10 working days. You may contact us for bulk order or special requests. Many of our packages use recycled (reused void fill or bubble wrap or the occasional recycled box).

Please allow up to 3 -10 business days for your personlised items to be handmade and then shipped from our Sunshine Coast studio via standard post. Shipping is via Australia Post and standard delivery times are 3-5 business days within Queensland and up to 7 days interstate.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Any order with pre-order items will be noticed with an email once it's posted/shipped.

 Rush My Order

Rush My Order is an optional shipping upgrade that includes priority order processing and express shipping.

Orders with this option will be moved to the front of our packing queue where possible. Please note this does not guarantee same-day dispatch, especially during launches, sales, or busy periods, but your order will be prioritised over standard orders.

Express shipping refers to the postage method only and does not remove any required processing time.

• Flat rate STANDARD SHIPPING is AUD $9.95 for orders under AUD $85
• Flat rate EXPRESS SHIPPING is AUD $13.95 for all orders.

International shipping

• Shipping Cost will be dependant on your Country and State. We currently ship to Australian, USA and New Zealand.

Receive free Standard Postage delivery when you place an order of AUD $85 within Australia. Available for a limited time only. Free shipping will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the actual dollar value of the purchase is lower than AUD $85.
