Where do you ship to?

All over Australia

How long does shipping take?

We carefully create and pack your order with in 2-4 business days. We use tracked Australia Post for all our packages. The shipping time frames are inline with Australia Post time frames.

How do I track my order?

You will be provided am Australian Post tracking number which you can track through their website.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Simply send the package back us within 30 days of receipt of item. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

How long does it take to process my return?

The return will take upto 14 days to process.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Only if the item is not personalised.

General

How do I personalise?

You will be given an opportunity to add notes to your order with your personlised request.

Do you do custom orders?

As long as we have the materials, yes! Just ask us!
